when we do tavern missions to spy on some one is there a real peron there

why don't battle reports go in the war room area

I think the tavern missions are random picked, and they may well be active players ., and as for the battle reports, you're welcome to put any in the war room area.We've only used it so far for co-ordinated attacks .
