Hi, I'm the diplomatic of the alliance Partizans (we're not that big now, but we're becoming bigger very fast....). I want ask if it's possible to make an alliance between our alliances. I think it can bring positive things to both alliances. If you accept, please explain me what I have to do. Sorry for my not perfect english, I live in Italy
